How can I make an appointment?
You can either call Dr. Samadi at 858-519-8045 or email her at EstherSamadiMD@gmail.com. She will respond to inquiries within one business day.
Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Samadi does not accept insurance and is not an in-network provider for any insurance company. Upon request, Dr. Samadi can provide a receipt/Superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier, which may reimburse some of Dr. Samadi's fee.
What type of payment do you accept?
Payment by cash, Vemno, PayPal, or Zelle is due the day prior to each appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
I'm a new patient. What do I need to complete prior to our first appointment?
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours (initial consultations at least 72 hours) before your appointment time will not be charged. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours (initial consultations within 72 hours) before your appointment time will be charged a 50% fee. Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Please make sure to submit all required documentations (as listed under the"Forms" tab) via email to Dr. Samadi prior to your appointment. Please also send any pertinent medical records for Dr. Samadi to review.
Where do I park?
There is ample, free parking adjacent to the office building.
